Opulent Moissy accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the merchandise must meet the conditions described in this policy.

Return Conditions

Returned jewelry must generally be:

Unused.
In its original condition.
Free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear.
Returned with original packaging and included accessories when applicable.
Accompanied by applicable order information.

Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, resized, personalized, or otherwise modified after delivery may not qualify for a return.

Refunds
